These Terms of Use govern your use of the BrainRM platform, an all-in-one healthcare practice management system (CRM). By using the service, you fully accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

BrainRM provides tools for managing patients, appointments, medical records, electronic prescriptions and notifications. The service is designed exclusively for healthcare professionals and medical organizations.

3. Registration & Account

Using the service requires creating an account with valid information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that take place through your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

Use the service in accordance with applicable law
Not share your access credentials with third parties
Keep your account information accurate and up to date
Not attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
Not use the service for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and trademarks of the platform are the property of CodeSoft Lab LLC. Copying, modification or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrainRM is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription during the last 12 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform at least 30 days before any change takes effect.
